Protein Cocoa Maca Latte

-1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

-1 cup ice

-1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

- 2 tsp. pure maple syrup

-1 scoop of protein

-1 1/2 tsp. maca powder

-1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon


Maca root is an adaptogen which means it gives your body the ability to adapt to what is going on around it. Maca can hep decreases the effects of anxiety, depression, stress and even helps to level out imbalances in hormones. It can be used as a natural source of energy similar to caffeine.
