Zesty Garlic Shrimp; 7 INGREDIENTS ONLY!


Ingredients:

  • Shrimp

  • Garlic

  • Lemon zest and juice

  • Salt and pepper

  • Butter

  • Fresh parsley

  • Medium-thick asparagus

Instructions:

  • Lay shrimp and asparagus onto a pan, drizzle with desired amount of garlic, lemon juice, and butter.

  • Top off with desired amount of lemon zest, salt, pepper and parsley

  • Cook at 425 degrees F for 9 – 13 minutes.

  • Serve in bowl with rice if desired.
